Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern use of the web-based features provided by Miracle 10 ("the Service"), including vision boards, goals, Daily Loop, Google Calendar sync, and Obsidian local integration.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means Miracle 10, including vision board, goals, Daily Loop project/section/task management, Google Calendar time-block sync, Obsidian Daily Note export, backup/import, and related web features.
  2. "User" means anyone who accesses the Service and uses it under these terms.
  3. "Integration" means an optional connection to a third-party or local service, including Google Calendar or Obsidian Local REST API.

Article 3 (Effect and changes)

  1. These terms take effect when posted in the Service.
  2. We may change the terms within the limits of applicable law and will notify users through the Service.

Article 4 (What we provide)

The Service may include, for example (actual features may vary by screen):

  1. Vision board management (Must Do · Avoid)
  2. Goal management (achievements and habits)
  3. Daily Loop project, section, and task management
  4. Optional Google sign-in and Google Calendar event creation, update, and deletion for timed tasks
  5. Optional Obsidian Local REST API integration for sending Daily Loop plans to a local Daily Note
  6. Backup and import of Daily Loop data

Article 5 (Fees)

Core features are currently provided free of charge. You are responsible for any third-party costs, accounts, devices, network access, or local software required to use Google Calendar, Obsidian, or other integrations.

Article 6 (User conduct)

Users must not:

  1. Use the Service to infringe others' rights or for unlawful purposes
  2. Interfere with normal operation of the Service or third-party APIs
  3. Generate traffic in an abusive or automated way contrary to fair use
  4. Connect calendars, vaults, or accounts that you are not authorized to use
  5. Share API keys, tokens, or credentials in a way that compromises your account or another person's data
  6. Violate applicable laws, third-party terms, or public order

Article 7 (Changes and interruption)

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons. Google Calendar and Obsidian features depend on third-party services, local software, browser security rules, and user configuration, so they may be unavailable or change independently of Miracle 10.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. Content is for reference only and does not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  2. Calendar events and Daily Loop tasks are productivity aids; users are responsible for reviewing important schedules and commitments.
  3. We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, browser, network, Google account, Obsidian vault, local plugins, or third-party service outages.
  4. Sync may fail, duplicate, delay, or be blocked by permissions, certificates, quotas, or configuration errors.
  5. We are not liable for damages due to force majeure or third-party service outages, except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Disputes)

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; jurisdiction follows applicable civil procedure rules.
